We are only given one planet we must take care of it. This painting tells the story of the rebirth of the ocean after a major pollution accident. The only thing left is a car that is too heavy to haul out. In hard times the earth will still prevail as long as humans attempt to take care of it or disappear. This artwork is to urge the public to care about our planet.
Uncertainty 2023 Reduction print 13 3/4” x 12”
This piece has taken the longest for me to complete but it is the deepest piece I've created to date. My artwork is the pinnacle of confusion, it is a skull but it's a cereal bowl but instead of cereal it's fish, and instead of water or milk the fish swim in apple juice. This skull is bright pink and there is a spoon in the bowl. This piece shows how society doesn’t follow rules but rather bends them. I created this piece to confuse the public and have people ask questions or even come up with their own assumptions.
Motherly Love 2023 Watercolor 10” x 18”
This piece shows the varieties of ways to show love to your children. Many moms feel like they aren’t enough, many kids feel unloved by their mothers. This is to show how no matter the species and no matter the age or circumstance a mother will always love their children. Every mother cares in a different way and that sometimes is seen as cold or unloving when actually it is the nature of their instinct.
